These Terms and Conditions apply to the 1110 website (https://1110.fun) and all associated services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on 1110, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted all of these terms.

These terms have been written in Bengali for members' convenience. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered final. 1110 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and members will be notified by email or notification at least 7 days prior to any changes.

To open an account with 1110, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is a serious violation of our terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

What You Need to Register

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Full legal name (as shown on your National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Email address (optional but recommended)
• Strong password (minimum 8 characters)

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

1110 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If it is found that a minor has been using 1110, the account will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested during verification. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for large withdrawals.

Geo-Restrictions

1110 cannot provide services to users in certain countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. This list is subject to change. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

All financial transactions at 1110 are transparent and secure. 1110 charges no fees on either deposits or withdrawals.

Key Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• OTP verification is mandatory for every withdrawal.
• 1110 may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• KYC verification is required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

Each betting market on 1110 has its own specific rules. The general rules are outlined below:

General Betting Rules

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed (except via Cash Out).
• If a match is cancelled, all bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• If a selection in an Acca bet is voided, its odds will be set to 1.00.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds (in cases of obvious error) may be voided.
• Official and internationally recognised results are used as the final determination of all outcomes.
• 1110 is not liable for delays or disconnections that occur during live betting.

Maximum Payout

Maximum payout per betting event is fixed and varies by market and VIP level. For standard members, the maximum payout per bet is up to ৳10,00,000.

All bonuses and promotions at 1110 come with specific wagering requirements. Please make sure you understand the terms before claiming any bonus.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period.
• Evidence of bonus abuse (e.g., arbitrage betting).
• If your account is closed due to a rule violation.

1110 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in serious consequences.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a fake or stolen identity.
• Bonus Abuse — claiming the same bonus multiple times.
• Arbitrage betting or any attempt to hack the system.
• Using another member's account or selling your account to a third party.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.
• Collusion — coordinating with other members to gain an unfair betting advantage.

Members may close their account at any time upon request. Once you contact support, the process will be completed within 48 hours. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

When 1110 May Terminate an Account

• Upon clear evidence of a rule violation.
• If KYC verification is refused.
• Where evidence of fraud or suspicious financial activity is found.
• If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (following notification).

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may not be refunded. However, if closure is due to inactivity, the balance is preserved and the member may claim it.

• Personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Payment information is stored with full encryption.
• Members may request to view or delete their data at any time.
• Information may be shared when required by law or upon request by the relevant authorities.

1110 reserves the right to modify any part of these terms at any time. However, advance notice will be provided for any major changes.

• Minor changes — notification provided 3 days in advance.
• Major changes — email & SMS notification 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the site after any changes = acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
